Mubina Nagori is a passionate and experienced physical therapist specializing in musculoskeletal and sports science, with over 12 years of expertise in the field. She holds an MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) degree and is HCPC registered in the UK. Mubina has a deep commitment to promoting health and wellness through rehabilitation and exercise.

Originally from India, Mubina moved to Carmarthen, Wales, to pursue her personal and professional goals. She is a dedicated gym enthusiast and a member of the Carmarthen Leisure Centre, where she actively participates in fitness activities and shows interest in volunteering to arrange fitness classes for older adults in the local community.

Mubina's fitness journey is deeply personal. After experiencing a wrist injury 1.5 years ago, which resulted in ulnar and median nerve compression, she committed to rehabilitation exercises to regain her strength. More recently, she overcame a back injury sustained during a deadlift, reflecting her resilience and in-depth understanding of recovery.

A devoted mother, Mubina took a year off to care for her child, who has now started daycare. With more time to focus on her career, Mubina is actively looking to re-establish herself in the field of physical therapy in the UK.
