Dry cupping
Dry cupping is a therapy that uses suction cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure. This suction gently lifts the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and promote relaxation. Unlike wet cupping, dry cupping does **not** involve any incisions or blood removal. It is commonly used for muscle stiffness, sports recovery, back and neck pain, and overall wellness. Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment and usually fade within a few days.
